Pricing here is two independent choices: which tier fits your scope, and which payment shape fits your budget. All prices in South African Rand, excluding VAT (15%).

Three payment shapes, same tiers.
A. Monthly subscription
One recurring monthly fee covers the build, access, and usage together.
Best fit: Businesses that prefer predictable, single-line budgeting and don't mind a recurring debit order.
B. Once-off + prepaid credits
Pay once for the build and platform licence; top up usage with prepaid credits as needed.
Best fit: Businesses wary of recurring subscriptions who use the system at a variable or lighter pace.
C. Hybrid
Once-off build plus a smaller recurring fee that covers only genuinely ongoing services (ORBIT monitoring).
Best fit: Businesses that want no lock-in on the build itself but do want continuous ORBIT monitoring running without manually topping up.
One honest exception: ORBIT's AI visibility monitoring is a continuously running service, not a one-time build. Under Shape B this becomes periodic paid re-audits (e.g. quarterly check-ins). Under Shape C it's the one component kept as a small recurring fee.

Frequently asked questions
Which shape is actually right for us?
If your usage is steady and predictable, Shape A (monthly) is simplest. If you want no lock-in and your usage varies, Shape B (once-off + credits) protects you from paying for a quiet month. If you specifically want ORBIT's monitoring running continuously without topping up, Shape C is the middle path.
Can we switch shapes later?
Yes. The build itself doesn't change — only how the ongoing pieces are billed. Switching from monthly to once-off-plus-credits (or back) doesn't require rebuilding anything.
Why isn't ORBIT monitoring ever fully once-off?
Because it isn't a one-time task — it's Aisend continuously checking how AI systems describe and recommend your business, which has a real ongoing cost to deliver. We'd rather be upfront that this one piece recurs than pretend otherwise.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of South Africa's 15% VAT, added at invoicing.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in under Shape B or C. Shape A (monthly) runs month-to-month with no minimum term.
